Refund policy

At VBD Couture, we want you to feel empowered in every piece you wear. If your order isn’t everything you hoped for, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.

Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final Sale Items
Sale pieces and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us at support@vyznbydesign.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@vyznbydesign.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
